Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Aiven, a leading cloud technology company located in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI, is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in communications or a related field. We are looking for a passionate and resourceful individual who possesses strong adaptability and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Aiven's brand and products. 2. Write and edit content for press releases, website, social media, and other communication channels. 3. Manage relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders. 4. Coordinate and organize events, webinars, and other promotional activities. 5. Analyze communication metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. 4. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics. 5. Knowledge of cloud technology and SaaS industry is a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
