Communications Specialist

Job Description: Basware is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team in Vantaa, Finland. As an Associate-level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in communications or related fields. The individual we are looking for should demonstrate dedication and confidence in their work, possess strong project management skills, and have the ability to provide leadership in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Basware's brand and products - Create content for various communication channels, such as social media, website, press releases, and internal communications - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding - Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including media contacts and industry partners - Analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Assist in organizing and promoting company events, webinars, and other relevant activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field - Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies - Strong writing skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Experience in project management and leadership roles - Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
