Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Louhia, a leading communications agency based in Helsinki, is seeking a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in communications and possess a reliable and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's brand and reputation - Create engaging content for various platforms including social media, websites, and press releases - Collaborate with team members to plan and execute communication campaigns - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement - Coordinate with external vendors and partners for communication projects - Handle media relations and manage press inquiries - Assist in organizing and attending events, conferences, and other promotional activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in communications or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Creativity and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Experience with communication tools such as Canva, MailChimp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
