Remote Communications Specialist

Job Description: Neles is seeking a dedicated and passionate Remote Communications Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, FI. This part-time, entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a dynamic and innovative communications team. As a Remote Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing communication strategies to promote Neles' brand and products.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication plans to support Neles' marketing and branding initiatives - Create engaging content for social media, website, and other digital platforms - Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to optimize strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging - Assist in organizing and coordinating virtual events, webinars, and campaigns - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing - Other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Previous experience in communication or marketing is a plus, but not required
