Communications Specialist - Work from home

Basware is seeking a motivated and driven Communications Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position based in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engage with stakeholders - Create content for various channels including social media, press releases, and internal communications - Manage relationships with media outlets and journalists to secure coverage for Basware - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on messaging and branding - Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong planning and organizational abilities - Demonstrated leadership skills in a team setting - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools
