Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

MariaDB is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Communications Specialist to join our team based in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in online communications.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media platforms and create compelling content to drive traffic and engagement - Monitor and analyze online trends and provide actionable insights for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency across all online channels - Respond to comments and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Create and manage online advertising campaigns to reach target audiences effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communications

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in online communications with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Resourceful and passionate about online communications - Strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
