Online Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Solita is seeking an Online Communications Specialist to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online communications and possess a dedicated and motivated personality. As an Associate Level role, the Online Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online communication strategies to enhance Solita's online presence and engage with our target audience.

Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and manage online communication strategies to enhance Solita's online presence - Create and publish engaging content for Solita's website, social media platforms, and other online channels - Monitor and analyze online communication performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all online channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online communications to continuously improve strategies and tactics - Support the marketing team in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that leverage online communications - Assist in the development of online advertising campaigns, including social media ads and Google AdWords

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in online communications - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and social media management tools - Experience with SEO and SEM strategies is a plus
