Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Online Social Media Manager to join our team at M-Files in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Online Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all of our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. - Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. - Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to stay ahead of the curve. - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. - Analyze social media data and insights to track performance and make data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns across all channels. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend new social media strategies.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in social media management. - Resourceful and adaptable personality traits. - Strong persuasion and research skills. - Knowledge of social media analytics tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
