Online Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Olvi is seeking a part-time Online Social Media Manager to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about social media and possess a resilient attitude to handle the fast-paced nature of online platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 3. Monitor social media performance metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions. 4. Respond to comments and messages from followers in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with the online community. 4. Experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer. 5. Proven track record of successful social media campaigns. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
