Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and motivated PR Associate to join our team at Paulig. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As a PR Associate, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining a positive image of our company through various media channels.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness - Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other PR materials - Pitch stories to media outlets and secure press coverage - Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers - Monitor and analyze media coverage - Assist in organizing and promoting company events and initiatives - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging - Collaborate with external partners and agencies as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, marketing, or related field - Strong communication and writing skills - Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Confidence in pitching ideas and communicating with media professionals
