Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description: Glue Collaboration is seeking a Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for an energetic and motivated individual who is passionate about social media and digital marketing. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media content across various platforms to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences - Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok - Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to optimize content and engagement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistency - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices - Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns and tracking performance metrics

Requirements: - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in social media marketing is a plus, but not required - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Teamwork and persuasion skills
