Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Altia is looking for a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media content plans across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy - Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure our presence remains relevant and effective - Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions - Work closely with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach - Create reports on social media performance and present findings to key stakeholders

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for social media - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Proficient in social media management tools and platforms - Experience in creating engaging content for different target audiences - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
