Remote Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Paptic is seeking a Remote Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns - Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role - Excellent writing and communication skills - Strong understanding of social media platforms and metrics - Proficiency in social media management tools - Ability to work independently and remotely - Resilient and reliable personality traits - Strong planning and critical thinking skills
