Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Valio in Helsinki, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, we are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and energetic, with a strong focus on adaptability and innovation as key soft skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. 2. Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and track KPIs. 4. Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and conversions. 5. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. 5. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. 6. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. 7. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
