Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Spectral Engines is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Tampere, Finland. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across various platforms. This role requires a motivated and hardworking individual with at least 2 years of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms - Monitor social media analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - At least 2 years of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices - Excellent communication skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data - Creativity and a strong eye for design - Motivated and hardworking individual with a passion for social media
