Metsä Group is currently seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from anywhere in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, Finland. As an Associate Level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our company's presence across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. - Create and curate engaging content for social media channels. - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. - Collaborate with other team members to create integrated marketing campaigns. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management. - Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Independent and confident personality traits. - Proficiency in social media analytics tools. - People management and research skills.
