Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

MariaDB is looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. As an Associate-level Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging social media content, including text, image, and video posts - Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals - Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner - Stay current on industry news and trends to identify new opportunities for engagement - Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns and promotions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Adaptable and motivated with a strong attention to detail - Experience with social media advertising is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
