Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Business Development Associate to join our team at Solita in Espoo, Uusimaa, FI. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our business in the market. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field and possess a passion for innovation and driving success.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals - Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support new client acquisition and retention efforts - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities - Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management - Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote the company's services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business development strategies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and time management abilities - Resourceful mindset with a passion for driving business growth
