Business Development Associate

Job Description:

As a Business Development Associate at Inscripta in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives forward. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Identify and prioritize new business opportunities to drive revenue growth - Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development strategies - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities - Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations - Track and report on key performance metrics and business development activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in business development or sales roles - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Energetic and self-motivated with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
