Job Description:
Wolt is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building relationships with new and existing clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to promote our services and solutions. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. 4. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for expansion. 5. Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations to pitch to potential clients. 6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new accounts. 7. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field. 3. Energetic and resourceful personality with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. 4. Strong soft skills, including creativity, planning, and excellent communication. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Fluency in English and Finnish.
