Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Altia is seeking a passionate and dedicated Business Development Associate to join our team in Turku, Varsinais Suomi, FI. As an Associate Level role with a minimum of 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of business growth strategies.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients - Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations - Analyze market trends and competitor activities - Participate in networking events and industry conferences - Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions for clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales - Strong analytical skills and adaptability to changing market conditions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
