Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team at Hartwall in Vantaa, Uusimaa, Finland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess a strong work ethic, resilience, creativity, and excellent planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Research and identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Assist in creating and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for growth - Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners - Track and report on key performance indicators related to business development efforts

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Creative thinker with excellent planning skills
