Job Description:

Solita is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home in Vantaa, Uusimaa, FI. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in driving growth and expansion for the company.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients - Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities - Attend networking events and conferences to promote the company - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Leadership abilities - Motivated and goal-oriented - Resilient in the face of rejection or setbacks - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - No previous experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
