Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Normet is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and convenience. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth for the company.

Responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and industries to target for business development opportunities - Research and analyze market trends to develop strategic business plans - Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop innovative strategies for business growth - Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads - Analyze and report on sales data to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations to support sales efforts

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Hardworking and passionate about driving business growth - Strong decision-making and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
