Business Development Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

M-Files is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Business Development Associate to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in business development and possess strong analytical and innovative skills.

Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outreach - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and create proposals - Provide support in developing and implementing sales strategies - Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities - Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1+ years of experience in business development or sales - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and hardworking attitude - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Knowledge of business development best practices
