International Mobility Officer (Incoming Students)

We are currently seeking an International Mobility Officer to join the LINC (Languages, International and Culture) team in Rouen. This position plays a key role in supporting international students, coordinating institutional delegations, and contributing to the reception of short international programs.

Vos missions

Key Responsibilities

International Student Mobility Management (CDD 18 mois)

• Coordinate and monitor incoming student mobility before, during, and after their stay
• Manage administrative processes (applications, student accounts, learning agreements, transcripts, accommodation, etc.)
• Act as the main point of contact for international students

Delegations & Short Programs

• Organize and coordinate the reception of international academic delegations
• Manage logistics, schedules, and on-site support for visiting groups
• Provide operational support in the design and implementation of short international programs
• Coordinate the reception of groups of international students for short-term programs

Coordination & Administration

• Liaise with internal departments (IT, housing, finance, academic teams)
• Maintain and update mobility databases and digital platforms
• Update informational materials (course catalogues, student guides, application forms, etc.)

Student Support & Integration

• Organize welcome activities, orientation sessions, and ongoing support
• Provide personalized follow-up (administrative, personal, or health-related matters)
• Support intercultural integration on campus

Events & Communication

• Organize events (integration week, cultural activities, workshops, social events)
• Support promotion of international programs and communication with partners
• Contribute to website, social media, and internal communication

Partnerships & Representation

• Contribute to the development and follow-up of partnerships
• Interact with external stakeholders (public institutions, embassies, banks, etc.)
• Represent the institution at events when required

Vos compétences

• Bachelor’s degree minimum (Master’s preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in an international environment
• Fluency in English and French required (a third language is a plus)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
• Interest in intercultural environments and higher education
