At Flora Food Group, we’re on a mission to make people healthier and happier with great tasting foods. As Junior Brand Manager, you’ll help accelerate the growth of our Spreading, Cooking & Baking brands in France. You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team working across a shared portfolio and activity plans. You will also interact closely with the Sales and Category teams to ensure strong execution in market.
Your mission is to support the growth of our brands through data driven marketing, operational excellence, and consumer centric thinking. You will contribute to brand plan development and lead the execution of selected initiatives, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality activations.
About the position
Brand performance & insights
- Monitor brand performance vs KPIs and support analysis of key drivers (market share and other retail panel KPIs, penetration, promo effectiveness).
- Consolidate insights from market research, category trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.
- Prepare recommendations to support brand managers in identifying risks and opportunities.
Brand plan execution
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of annual brand plans for the French market on Core brands with a focus on Violife (dairy free cheese) and Planta Fin (#1 brand of our portfolio).
- Coordinate the execution of brand activations (digital, instore, PR, sampling, partnerships) with agencies and crossfunctional teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of assets and materials, maintaining high executional standards.
Innovation & renovation support
- Assist brand managers in the local launch process for innovations and renovations.
- Coordinate trade support materials (sellin decks, POS, product sheets) and ensure alignment with Sales.
- Gather local market insights to feed into future innovation pipelines.
Marketing operations
- Manage your A&P budget with accuracy and responsibility.
- Support pricing discussions by providing relevant market and competitor inputs.
Crossfunctional collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth execution of brand activities.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or category management, ideally in FMCG.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
- Solid project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Creative, curious, and proactive, with a hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a collaborative team player.
- Passion for food, cooking, and understanding consumer behavior.
- Fluent in French and English.
