The challenge: accelerate the industrialization of an eco-responsible technology capable of replacing fossil-based plastics.

🚀 MISSIONS

Reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, you will play a central role in the development and implementation of industrial prototypes, thus preparing the installation of future production lines. Your role will be structural and operational:

• Design, manufacture, optimize and implement prototypes to validate innovative processes


• Coordinate technical interactions with suppliers, subcontractors and industrial partners


• Ensure the proper functioning of pilot installations, their maintenance and continuous improvement


• Transform laboratory results into robust industrial solutions adapted to volume production


• Be a driving force in proposing ways to simplify and accelerate the transition from laboratory to factory

🧑‍🚀RESEARCHED PROFILE

ACADEMIC BACKGROUND

You hold a General Engineering degree, with a solid scientific and technical background, and you have minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in industrial environments or prototyping.

Why minimum 8 years of experience? Because this position requires exceptional technical versatility, from blueprint reading to complex project management. To develop this autonomy on innovative prototype equipment, you need to have accumulated solid field experience.

TECHNICAL SPHERE

• Solid foundations in electromechanics and industrial processes


• Ability to supervise the manufacturing and assembly of prototype equipment


• Proficiency with blueprint reading, CAD tools, and technical project management


• Knowledge of production constraints, industrial safety issues and intellectual property


• Excellent command of French and English

SOCIAL SPHERE

• Pragmatic, autonomous and solution-oriented


• Comfortable in the field to solve concrete problems


• Ability to effectively dialogue with various scientific and technical profiles


• Scientifically curious, particularly regarding green chemistry and environmental challenges
