In your day to day Digital Vision & Transformation journey, you will perform the following activities: 

• Identification and definition of business needs to better understand client expectations

• Participation and facilitation of client meetings to jointly define expectations, pain points and targets of the mission 

• Support our clients in the definition of innovative customer/digital strategies and the management of their customer/digital transformation programs responding to their specific challenges: customer/digital/marketing strategic plan, customer-centric transformation programs, new business models, etc. 

• Work with Project Managers, Designers and Architects/Developers to implement the customer/digital transformation of our clients

• Analyzes and recommendations during the key stages of the projects to ensure their effectiveness 

• Realization of benchmarking, definition of use cases, implementation of action plan, realization of RACI 

• Support our clients in their business and service transformations, from the development phase to their implementation 

• Realization of studies and benchmarks, pitches and commercial offers, being an active lever of the team’s growth 

• Business intelligence and continuous learning through training on new approaches and working methods (UX, Agile, Bcase, etc.)
