As a Salesforce Administrator (Maternity Cover – Contract), you will contribute to Shippeo's mission by ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Salesforce CRM and connected systems. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and operations teams, you will play a key role in enabling our business to work efficiently and deliver high-impact results in a fast-paced, international environment.

Contract Type: Maternity Cover (8-month fixed-term contract)

Function: Salesforce Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Administration & Development: Manage day-to-day administration, including user, profile, object, and field management. You will also develop and maintain custom solutions using APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

• System Integration & Architecture: Oversee and support integrations between Salesforce and other business applications, including the HubSpot-Salesforce integration and our back-office systems. You will ensure clean data flow and troubleshoot any issues.

• Business Process Automation & Optimization: Design and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and increase overall efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a growing SaaS environment.

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required.

• Knowledge of APEX and Salesforce development best practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to driving improvements.

• Fluent in English.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Familiarity with HubSpot administration and Salesforce integration.

• Fluency in French.
