Job Description :

A Email Marketing Specialist who serves as a platform SME is responsible for understanding business requirements and delivering high quality solutions and campaigns. Apart from focusing on campaign delivery and platform administration you will also involve in multiple analytics and integrations related projects.

Key Job Duties :

Identify target audience and conduct email marketing campaigns by utilizing features in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Create and upgrade our email templates content blocks landing pages and lead forms by using graphics personalization HTML & CSS formatting and advanced features such as AMPscript SSJS and Einstein

Develop and maintain SQL and SSJS activities for customer segmentation data manipulation and transfer

Configure API calls and integration with Salesforce and 3rd party tools when needed

Understand business daily work and serve as a primary point of contact for enduser support

Conduct data reporting tasks for regular and adhoc marketing performance reports also work closely with marketing data analytics team to improve EDM reports

Trains endusers of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and create guidelines as per our Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategy

Plan organize and execute testing with business teams and marketing teams

Requirement :

One or more years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Experience in development roles with Content Builder Contact Builder Journey Builder Automation Studio CloudPages Analytics and Administration

Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices and functionality of the platform

Strong knowledge of email and landing page creation with HTML CSS and AMPscript

Experience in automation and data ETL in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with SQL and SSJS

Prior experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud API setup.

Knowledge in Audience Builder configuration

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in all related tasks and projects

Ability to multitask and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization to evaluate business requests and tackle problems independently.

Preferred Experiences and Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Marketing or a related field other degree holders will also be considered

Willing to extend knowledge in not only Salesforce Marketing Cloud but the execution of marketing operations and integration with other applications

Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Understanding AMP Email is a plus.

Experience in Datorama is a plus.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a plus.
