Expert Marketing Senior H/F

Position : Major Tasks Main tasks and responsibilities : * Contributes and implements the therapeutic area/Brand strategy in line with the Global strategy with an active contribution via the agile working method * Works in close collaboration with the Transverse Brand Strategy Manager and ensures efficient collaboration with other functions within the nucleus as well as with the Region/Global * Acts as an internal and external ambassador and primary contact for issues relatedto the relevant product(s). * Responsible for campaign strategy, defining campaign objectives and performance evaluation and learning cycles * Understands and anticipates the actions necessary to meet customer and business needs and actively responds to them, removes obstacles quickly and efficiently, taking into account the regulatory environment * Designs and deploys 'customer evolution campaigns', creates the content and makes IT available, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders (digital marketing expert, omnichannel marketing expert, Medical, regulatory affairs) to design quality campaigns * Ensures that all customer-facing activities are integrated into customer evolution campaigns (CEC) * Actively usesdata to improve overall brand and team performance and is therefore also accountable for brand performance KPls and ROI. With the support of the Commercial Excellence team, analyzes data collected from different channels to predict customer behaviors, needs and preferences. * Establishes the KOL engagement plan in coordination with the medical department * Manages congresses in coordination with Medical and commercial operations. * Interacts with clients : F2F, ad board Marketing, manages annual contracts, relationship with learned societies, patient associations, etc. * Responsible for the integration and monitoring of the execution of campaigns by the sales force Added value to business success : * The Omnichannel Marketing expert contributes to the definition of the main messages, approves the content with the agencies Creation. He/she manages and prioritizes the campaign backlog * He/she defines KPls for Customer Evolution Campaigns (CEC) as well as tactics with Squad team before the implementation of the campaign, allows the monitoring of the impact and acts according to its results * The Omnichannel Marketing expert ensures the success of the implementation according to the definedschedule * Integrates external and internal information into the campaign development and design process taking into account the regulatory environment * Enables independent assessment of the multi-channel experience and overview of the activities carried out at the clients * Actively seek new ideas and areas of improvement to implement in future campaigns Principales tâches et responsabilités : * Contribue et met en oeuvre la stratégie de l'aire thérapeutique/Marque en ligne avec la stratégie Global avec une contribution active via la méthode de travail agile * Travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Transverse Stratégie de Marque et assure une collaboration efficiente avec d'autres fonctions au sein du nucleus ainsi qu'avec la Region/Global * Agit en tant qu'ambassadeur en interne et en externe et en tant que
