A vacancy for an Identity & Access Management Product Delivery Manager has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Elancourt or Toulouse.

Your mission will be to ensure that Identity & Access Management services are provided, in focusing on both business continuity and end-user satisfaction.

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the reliability, the availability and the security of Identity & Access Management services in France.

• Monitor both in-sourced and outsourced teams/vendors and activities, in conjunction with contract management.

• Contribute to the definition of new products and services with the project teams.

• Ensure and communicate the availability of structured, detailed and up to date documentation for users, services and processes.

• Manage and report on your domain's operating budget.

• Perform the ITIL based processes that include Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration management.

• Analyze service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and user feedback to propose and implement improvement actions, and to increase the level of customer satisfaction.

Business trips are to be expected in France or Europe and, therefore, you must be willing to travel accordingly.

Required skills and experience:

• Educated to a degree level in Information Technology.

• Proven experience in operational activities in provider and service management.

• Experience in IT infrastructure and in Identity & Access Management solutions.

• Communication skills.

• Service and customer experience oriented.

• Negotiation level in French and English.

• International mindset to be able to work well in a diverse and international team environment.

Ce poste nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite d'être éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Principales tâches et responsabilités:

• Responsable de la fiabilité, de la disponibilité et de la sécurité des services Identity & Access Management en France.

• Coordonner les activités des équipes internes et externes, dans le respect des contrats établis.

• Contribuer à la définition de nouveaux produits et services avec les équipes projets.

• Assurer et communiquer la disponibilité d'une documentation structurée, détaillée et à jour pour les utilisateurs, les services et les processus.

• Gérez le budget de fonctionnement de votre domaine.

• Exécuter les processus de support basés sur ITIL qui incluent la gestion des incidents, des problèmes, des changements, de la configuration et des événements.

• Analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPIs) du service et les retours utilisateurs pour proposer et mettre en place des actions d'amélioration, et augmenter le niveau de satisfaction client.

Des déplacements professionnels sont à prévoir en France ou en Europe et, par conséquent, vous devez être prêt à vous déplacer en conséquence.

Compétences requises:

• Diplômé au moins d'une Licence en informatique ou dans une discipline apparentée.

• Expérience avérée dans les activités opérationnelles et dans la gestion de services IT.

• Expérience dans les infrastructures IT ainsi que dans les solutions Identity & Access Management.

• Capacités de communication.

• Orienté client et expérience utilisateur.

• Niveau de négociation en Français et en Anglais.

• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement diversifié et international.
