Position Our ContextLVMH Beauty Tech is the IT / IS team dedicated to LVMH’s Beauty Division. We are 1000+ experts in 27 countries to build, support and operate solutions that provide innovation and business value to each LVMH Beauty Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, Benefit, etc.We provide new technical and innovative solutions, adapted to the challenges of our 16 Maisons, taking into consideration their specificities, while following a shared and mutualized model.In order to support the fast-paced growth of the Beauty Division, we commenced a significant transformation that will contribute to accelerate our development, improve our time to market, leverage our scale and enhance our IT Tech components with the aim of innovation. Your ImpactWe are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager within the IT CRM & Clienteling team, based in the Digital Omnichannel Client Center of Expertise.You will be responsible for ensuring consistency in solutions, prioritizing changes and new developments, delivering Marketing Automation projects.You will work closely with all LVMH Beauty Maisons, Regions and LVMH Group to support the Core Model strategy.As the Marketing Automation Manager, your primary responsibilities include:Contributing to IT Studies: Participating in business/scoping workshops.Proposing technical solutions aligned with Group and Division guidelines.Analyzing IT impacts and providing project cost estimations. Delivering a portfolio of evolutions & projects: Planning and monitoring developments using a "Core model" approach.Developing partnerships with Maisons to offer recommendations.Organizing and leading design workshops with project contributors.Managing follow-ups with editors/integrators and ensuring cross-domain integration.Coordinating integration tests and preparing for production launches including switchover plans, data initialization, and training/change management.Communicating project statuses internally and externally. Our Marketing Applications Landscape includes: Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Strong integration capabilities with CRM, Digital, E-commerce, Retail, and Data systems.Social media & messaging apps such as Line, Kakao Talk, Facebook, WhatsApp. Profile Seasoned IT professional with 10+ years of experience, ideally within the Retail/Luxury sector.Robust understanding of Marketing automation tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Adobe Campaign.Demonstrated proficiency in IS architecture & data integration, encompassing system interfaces and data retrieval.Adept at thriving in dynamic and cross-functional settings characterized by rapid pace.Strong analytical abilities, coupled with clarity of thought and adept problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in both French & English are essential. This position is to be filled on a permanent basis and is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine. Occasional trips abroad are to be expected if the projects require it.
