Marketing & Communication Apprentice H/F

ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Descartes Underwriting is seeking a Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing & Communications Team. The person in this role will BE in close and collaboration with different business units, with the ability to learn and play a vital role in the following activities :
Your missions will evolve in the future as Descartes is growing fast and many exciting projects are waiting for you. IT's a unique opportunity to take a closer look inside a fast-growing start-up with huge ambitions !
Your missions would include :
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Team to implement
Descartes' communications strategy based on our target audience across our
key global markets;
- BE involved in the content creation about Descartes' activities and products, including white papers, newsletters, playbook materials, decks, website content;
- Contribute to research and content development for monthly articles and social media posts;
- Manage content library and ensure consistency and brand chart harmonization;
- Support management of website back office, updating content and publishing new pages;
- Contribute to event organization, locally and internationally, along with Event project manager;
- Support implementation of nurturing emailing campaigns.
ABOUT YOU
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Current or starting a master's degree from a University or Business school;
- An internship experience in marketing & communications would BE a plus;
- High level of digital literacy with the ability to learn new technology, product frameworks and processes quickly.
SKILLS
- Eye for quality, and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication (written and verbal);
- Proactivity and autonomy;
- Coachable and comfortable working in teams and autonomously;
- Bilingual proficiency of both English & French required (spoken & written).

- Eager work on high quality contents about data-driven products that are changing the insurance industry;
- Interest in climate, science, and technology related issues;
