BU CDMO is gathering more than 1000 employees based in 7 sites located in Europe and USA. It is a leading player in fast-growing CDMO market (ADC, Omega3…) with technology-driven differentiation such as chromatography, hazardous chemistry, cryogeny and flow chemistry

The BU provides CDMO solutions for:

• small molecule APIs & intermediates for pharmaceutical innovators,
• natural based products and biomolecules for pharmaceuticals and cosmetic ingredients,
• small molecule active ingredients and advanced intermediates for agrochemicals & fine.

To reinforce its marketing team, the Business Unit CDMO, is recruiting an Operational Marketing Specialist - B2B (M/W) on a permanent contract based in Chasse-sur-Rhône (38) near Lyon (69).

Reporting to the Operational Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the development, deployment, and monitoring of the marketing plan, to promote our value proposition and support our global sales team.

Your main missions:

· Create, update, and deliver marketing content and sales tools (brochures, presentations, infographics, videos, press releases, webinars, etc.) according to the marketing plan for our CDMO activity, while respecting the budget, the timelines, and the appropriate follow-up of our service providers & partners.

· Identify the most appropriate communication channels to promote our services and ensure the deployment of the editorial plan (digital & print media plan, social media ads, SEA...).

· Monitor the performance of our marketing campaigns through the setting of appropriate KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions.

· Contribute to the organization of industry events (tradeshows, conferences, symposia…) in close collaboration with the Event & Social Media Manager & Sales Team.

· Actively support our manufacturing sites, working in collaboration with the site management, project managers & sales team in order to deliver a high-quality experience to our prospects and clients.

This position requires close interaction with the Event & Social Media Manager, the global sales team, production sites and our technical experts.

Profile required:

You have an engineering degree completed with a marketing diploma and have experience in BtoB marketing in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry.

You have a strong interest in digital marketing and data.

You enjoy working in a technical environment & have demonstrated your ability to embrace complexity.

Autonomous, dynamic, and rigorous, you know how to manage priorities and commit to deadlines.

Creative, curious, and proactive, you have a passion for exploring new solutions.

You are a real team player and are known for your interpersonal skills.

You like to work in an international environment. A strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
