Are you looking to take the next step in your career in marketing The Regional Marketing Specialist at Ascom implements marketing strategies and campaigns in their local markets. Manages the distribution of content including blog posts social media posts and email marketing supported and delivered by the Central Marketing team. Executes local programs like exhibitions seminars and local communication. Analyzes and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make local adjustments as needed. As part of our Marketing team youll be at the forefront of our business and supporting our business in providing healthcare technology to clients.

Your Contributions:

• Execute and distribute marketing strategies and campaigns delivered by the Central Marketing team
• Manage and distribute content including blog posts social media posts and email marketing of which the majority is created by the Central Marketing team and after regionalization and translation will be shared
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make adjustments as needed
• Work with the local sales teams local solutions team and leadership to align marketing and sales efforts
• Collaborate with global departments such as the Global Content Marketing team the Global Segment Marketing team the Global Digital Marketing team to distribute cohesive marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute local marketing programs and events such as exhibitions seminars customer stories local newsletters and all other local communications
• Maintain the local websites with support from the Global Digital Marketing team
• Develop and maintain relationships with local influencers and partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal experts to be able to give the right market information and needs to the Central Marketing team.
• Measure and report on the success of the local marketing campaigns using metrics such as website traffic leads and conversions
• Be the linking pin between the region and the Global marketing teams to inform guide and influence the creation of relevant and high quality deliverables for the regional markets

The Ideal Candidate:

• A solid background in marketing or a related field from a reputable institution is essential.
• With proven experience in (Health) Information & Communication Technology marketing youve honed your skills in this specialized domain.
• Youve demonstrated your ability to execute marketing plans and deliver customerfacing initiatives effectively.
• Experience in an international company is highly valued showcasing your adaptability and global mindset.
• Exceptional organizational and business management skills including effective communication presentation and motivation are essential.
• You excel in managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing timely updates on their progress.
• You have a proven ability to justify marketing programs costs and deliver targeted results.
• With a proactive approach and a strong drive for achievement you tackle challenges with enthusiasm.
• Your customercentric mindset and curiosity enable you to understand and meet customer needs effectively.
• A quick learner with a keen interest in technical topics you understand Ascoms products and their value proposition.
