Sales & Marketing Assistant Green Film Festival Deauville Green Awards English/German Native Speaker in Paris

Activities: Sales / Marketing / Public Relation / Event Organization Duration: 8th of January 2024 to 30 th of July 24 (6 months, flexible)

Location:

> Paris & Deauville in June 2024 for 2 weeks (hotel and transportation covered)

Wage: €600 per month (full time, partially remote if needed) + Incentives

This is part of a serie of 3 internships as Sales & Marketing Assistants for French, English OR German native speakers.

Your main mission will be:

-> Sales campaign through phoning until April. You will actively call French production companies, filmmakers, NGOs, corporations and public institutions (working in the fields of Ecology or Social Responsibility) to make them submit their films in the competition.

Other key tasks include:

-> PR & Communication: several possible missions under the supervision of our communication director: community management, press relations, copywriting, SEO, SEA, graphic design (Canva or Adobe), video editing, webmarketing (newsletter & database) etc.

-> Event production: assist in the running of the Festival, in Paris and Deauville 2 weeks in June 2024 (hotel and transportation covered)

Candidate’s profile:

-> Excellent phoning skills

-> Thorough, proactive and organized. Able to work alone and as part of a team

-> Perfect English and/or German (native speaker), Spanish and French is a plus

About the Festival:

The Deauville Green Awards is the International Film Festival for Sustainable Development and Ecology, which rewards the best industry actors for audiovisual production on sustainable development and CSR.

The competition includes 15 categories and 3 competitions – Documentaries / Information films / Spots – and brings together the best of the international audiovisual industry.

The 13th edition will be held on June 2023.

Joining a young and international team you will operate in Sales and Marketing Development during the for the 13th ‘Deauville Green Awards’, the International Film Festival for responsible films.
