Account Executive Retail Sales

SUMMARY

Dell is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive Retail Sales professional to drive sales performance, strengthen retail partner relationships, and execute go-to-market initiatives across assigned accounts or territories. This role is responsible for delivering revenue growth, supporting in-store execution, and enabling retail sales teams to effectively position Dell products and solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong sales discipline, partner management experience, and the ability to translate business priorities into measurable retail outcomes.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Drive sales results across assigned retail partners, stores, or territory, with accountability for revenue performance and growth


• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with retail partner leadership, store management, and key stakeholders


• Execute promotional programs, merchandising strategies, and sales initiatives aligned to business priorities


• Identify business opportunities through analysis of sales trends, market conditions, customer demand, and competitive activity


• Train, coach, and support retail sales associates on Dell products, value propositions, and selling approaches

• Monitor executional excellence in-store, including display compliance, promotional readiness, and overall brand presence
• Partner cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, operations, and channel teams to support business objectives
• Deliver regular reporting, business reviews, sales forecasts, and actionable insights to leadership
• Support planning activities that improve retail performance, customer engagement, and partner productivity

• Relevant experience in retail sales, field sales, channel sales, account management, or partner-facing sales roles
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, revenue goals, or performance metrics
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in retail, consumer sales, or indirect/channel sales environments
