Here, you\u2019ll be supported in progressing \u2013 whatever your ambitions.\n\nAbout the Role:\n\n \nAs an Account Manager in our Rhythm Management division, your core objective is to support the Regional Sales Manager in driving the success of the Cardiac Rhythm Management portfolio within your designated territory. You will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives, managing key accounts, and identifying growth opportunities to expand market share.\n\nLocation: Bourgogne-Franche Comt\u00e9\n\nIn this role, you will be responsible for:\n\nAccount Management\n\n * Lead with a strong commercial focus to drive competitive account conversions and increase market share within the region.\n * Execute regional sales strategies aligned with divisional and national goals.\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in your accounts, in collaboration with Field Clinical Specialists (FCS) and Account Managers from other regions, Key Account Managers (KAM) and Marketing under the supervision of the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).\n * Review and adjust the business plan during Quarterly Business Reviews with the RSM.\n * Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the territory in collaboration with the RSM.\n\n\n\nOpportunity Identification \u0026 Sales Execution\n\n * Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within your territory, leveraging cross-functional support when necessary.\n * Manage the end-to-end sales process, including account planning, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.\n * Work closely with KAMs and coordinate efforts with FCS to develop and implement tailored Account Action Plans, covering both therapy and clinical perspectives.\n * Provide support in operating rooms and during follow-ups or troubleshooting sessions.\n\n\n\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For:\n\n * Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with preferred knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management products or clinical support.
