Are you ready for a dynamic role in a truly international environment?

As an Activity Leader, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for international students at the EF campus. This is a highly social position where you will work closely with the Activity Manager to keep students engaged, entertained, and supported throughout their stay.

*Please note that while this position is office-based, the working week will include occasional evening events and weekends. You will spend a lot of time socializing with a student population with an average age of 22, while also being responsible for their well-being and discipline when they are in your care.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Activity Manager: Assist with daily tasks and take initiative to facilitate teamwork.
• Student support: Help students, answer their questions, and direct them to the appropriate offices (Management/Academics/Housing) for specific inquiries.
• Campus orientation: Give school tours and guide students to their classes.
• Events and Activities: Accompany students to museums, evening events, and city tours; lead conversation clubs and cooking workshops; and propose new activities to keep students engaged between classes.
• Getting around: Help students navigate the metro, purchase transport tickets, and find their way around the city.
• Social media and promotion: Share and promote activities on social media, and keep activities and prices up to date on the website.
• Budget management: Handle budgets during activities and events.
• Continuous improvement: Be responsive, proactive, and ask questions to keep growing in the role!

What We're Looking For:

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Full fluency in French (reading, writing, speaking)
• All additional languages are a plus!
• Someone who is approachable, friendly, and handles challenges with positivity!
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Innovative and detail-oriented with a 'can-do' attitude
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
