After Sales Market Manager - Aerospace Industry
Location: Bourges, France (Hybrid with regular travel)
Permanent Position

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop after-sales relationships across Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions.
  • Identify and grow new business opportunities to increase usage of aerospace parts and services.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial administration teams to ensure pricing and volume commitments are met.
  • Lead initiatives to secure new contracts and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Report directly to the Global After-Sales Director.
  • Consolidate client performance metrics and develop action plans to improve results.
  • Manage product profitability risks transparently throughout contract lifecycle.
  • Analyze client budgets and market positioning to define winning strategies (offer, positioning, pricing).
  • Ensure all actions comply with corporate ethics and compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum Masters degree (BAC+5) with engineering or equivalent background.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with proven client relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in French and English (daily professional use), with international experience.
  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly, including monthly visits (1 week) to the production site in Bourges to build close team connections and product knowledge.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic international environment reporting remotely to a manager based in Singapore.
