JOB PURPOSE
Service Specialists work closely with the customer throughout the commissioning cycle. They are responsible for the installation and testing of manufactured instruments, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance of the equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Other duties may be assigned

Works closely with Core Lab Instrument Manufacturing or directly Sanchez Technologies CLI Engineering in the design and testing of manufactured instruments (20%)

Helps in the training of Train customers in the operation of manufactured instruments (10%)

Tests instruments prior to shipping to the customer according to required specifications from the client and agreed scope of supply with the guidance of engineering personnel or more senior Service Specialists (20%)

Helps and performs troubleshooting of manufactured instruments (15%)

Helps and performs in the maintenance of manufactured instruments at the customer’s location (15%)

Works closely withcustomers throughout the installation, training, and commissioning ofmanufactured instruments (20%)

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree ( or from four-year college or university or associate degree from two-yearschool, and 3 plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalentcombination of education and experience.
