Responsibilities- Drive Adoption: Develop and execute AI product onboarding and adoption strategies for enterprise end users and sponsors, with a focus on early activation, value realization, and daily usage.
- Meet KPIs: Own performance against adoption goals such as time-to-value, user
retention, frequency, business impact, and customer health scores.
- Be the Creative Engine: Act as the driving force behind fresh, high-impact adoption
campaigns—bringing original ideas to communications, customer journeys, and event
experiences to make our product memorable, exciting, relevant, and essential.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage executive sponsors and key internal
influencers to build momentum and ensure long-term success.
- Lead Events: Organize and lead strategic stakeholder events including executive
roundtables, enablement workshops, and customer showcases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align adoption strategies with customer goals and internal priorities
Your profile- 5 years experience in AI/tech adoption, program management, growth, customer success, corporate consulting focused on large-scale innovation projects, or change management.
- Demonstrated “intrapreneurial” mindset, “wild duck” attitude and energizer within your role / company.
- Knowledge of complex stakeholder management and internal and external cross-team collaboration.
- Track record of owning KPIs related to B2B product adoption, engagement, innovation-led growth, or user growth, and motivated by ambitious growth goals.
- Strong communicator able to adapt to different seniority levels and contexts, from end users to C-level stakeholders.
- Comfortable leading events with large or executive-level audiences, with strong attention to details, ability to work under pressure and deliver against deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience using usage data to influence strategy and drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated creativity in conceptualizing and executing adoption strategies and related items, with aesthetical, original and innovative contributions.
- Passionate about AI, innovation and growth.
