• Coordinate with the PSPV Alliance Management (AM) team to support the management of PV Transfer Alliance projects, including Due Diligence, Inbound/Outbound transfers, and collaboration agreements.
• Use the Smartsheet application to monitor, update, and track project progress across multiple PV Transfer projects.
• Perform regular reviews of project data in Smartsheet, identify gaps, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and project completion.
• Prepare project reports and presentations for cross-functional PV project team meetings.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the PSPV Alliance Management team.
• Actively participate in and/or lead project meetings in English.

About You

• Experience: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years—talent matters most to us!)
• Skills: Solid knowledge of pharmacovigilance processes and international regulations (e.g., GVP, ICH). Experience in case processing, medical review, and narrative quality control, ideally in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
• Education: Minimum Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Pharmacovigilance or a related field
• Languages: Fluency in French & English
