Job Description:

Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring accuracy of information, compliance with contracts, and adherence to agreed payment terms.
Perform necessary follow-ups, and resolve any billing disputes or errors.
Track and record invoicing transactions, collaborating with sales teams and other departments to obtain necessary information.
Verify and reconcile the retailers’s sales reports with our data, resolve any discrepancies or anomalies, and provide regular financial reports to management.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the invoicing processes, propose automation and simplification solutions, and ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards.

Your Profile:

• Diplômé d’une formation Bac +2/+3 avec une spécialisation comptabilité, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum à un poste similaire

• Vous disposez d’une maîtrise avancée sur Excel et la connaissance du logiciel SAP est un plus

• Maîtrise de la relation client en réception et émission d’appels, du traitement des emails.

• Vous êtes à l’aise avec les langues étrangères, et vous vous exprimez couramment en anglais, à l’écrit et à l’oral.
