Artistic Director Junior

ART DIRECTION & CREATIVE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

• Contribute to the development of creative concepts and artistic directions for luxury events and brand experiences.

• Conduct visual research, creative benchmarks and trend analysis across design, fashion, luxury, architecture and contemporary art.

• Develop moodboards, visual presentations and creative proposals to communicate artistic concepts.

• Translate creative briefs into strong, innovative and cohesive visual identities.

• Collaborate with the design team to develop event scenography, decoration concepts and spatial design.

GRAPHIC DESIGN & VISUAL IDENTITY

• Design and develop high-quality graphic materials for events, including invitations, save-the-dates, menus, signage, printed materials and other visual assets.

• Create and adapt graphic identities in line with each event’s creative direction.

• Produce professional presentations, event books and visual guidelines.

• Ensure visual consistency across all graphic and scenographic elements.

• Prepare graphic files for printing and production, ensuring high-quality execution.

EVENT DESIGN & CREATIVE PRODUCTION

• Participate in the development of scenographic concepts, including decoration, furniture, materials and spatial arrangements.

• Research and source materials, finishes and creative production solutions.

• Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure concepts are accurately translated into reality.

• Follow projects from initial creative development through to final execution.

• Strong graphic design skills are essential, with a solid understanding of typography, composition, layout, color theory and visual identity.

• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, is required.

• Strong artistic sensitivity and a refined visual aesthetic.

• Excellent visual culture, particularly in luxury, fashion, design, architecture and contemporary art.

• Ability to develop creative concepts and translate ideas into compelling visual presentations.

• Knowledge of 3D design software such as SketchUp, Autodesk or Adobe Substance is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, creativity and organizational skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Team spirit, autonomy, flexibility and a proactive attitude.

• Previous experience in graphic design, art direction, event design or a creative agency environment is highly appreciated.
