Social media & Digital Execution, working collaboratively with the digital agencies and under close guidance from BM (40%)
- Responsible for social media content creation, in line with EU campaign & Digital Strategy. (specifically on Pinterest & Instagram)
- Coordinate & monitor all social media & digital activity & evaluate ROI for France, UK, Benelux, with monthly KBI.
- Campaigns with influencers – either PR and/or Social agency
- Brand website maintenance:
- Update the Brand website with new products, new recipes, aligned with ATL Campaigns and ensuring alignment across UK & Europe
- Analyze website traffic and report to Mktg team on monthly bases with recommendations for improvement.
Sales and Trade Shopper Marketing (30%)
- Deliver Quarterly Market Audit & competition tracking for Brand & Private Label for UK and EU Core 5 countries.
- Support Sales decks ahead of annual negotiation with ad-hoc Market / data analysis (April 26)
- Lead annual French distributor convention coordination (Feb 26)
- Implementation and coordination of EU in-store / retail media activity, monitoring and KPIs tracking (Shopmium, Media-performance)
Renovation Projects Management (20%):
- Project lead for renovation projects (such as CSI, artwork amends), from ideation to on-shelf, working with cross-functional support.
- Inform the product launch plan, with competitor analysis & Benchmarking
In & out of store events (10%):
- Develop European Style guide with design agencies, aligned with EU Campaign;
- Check & validate in-store / event visuals for all UK & EU markets, once submitted by distribution partners
- Coordinate & project manage instore sampling events & activities
