Associate Marketing Director (France & Benelux). The Associate Marketing Director is responsible for strategizing, implementing, and overseeing all aspects of marketing initiatives in the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and drive pipeline creation. The goal is to increase market share and maximize revenues, positioning the company for success against competitors. The role will require travel within country, and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Implement Marketing Strategies :
Develop comprehensive marketing plans to create awareness of the company’s business activities and drive pipeline creation.
Craft innovative strategies that resonate with the target audience.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
Supervise and Guide the Marketing Department :
Lead a team of marketing professionals.
Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship.
Foster creativity and enthusiasm within the team.
Content Creation and Online Presence :
Produce engaging content for the company’s online platforms and campaigns.
Manage editorial design and publications.
Keep the company’s digital presence engaging and informative.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis :
Stay abreast of industry trends.
Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and movements.
Utilize insights to refine marketing approaches.
Budget Management and Resource Allocation :
Control marketing budgets effectively.
Allocate resources across various projects.
Optimize spending for maximum impact.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven Experience : Demonstrated success as a Senior Marketing Manager. Minimum of eight years senior marketing experience working in a corporate B2B environment, software company preferred. Experience in the CPM/EPM or finance software industry a bonus but not a requirement.
Qualification : A recognized qualification in Marketing.
Leadership Abilities : Excellent organizational, commercial and leadership skills.
Analytical and Creative Thinking : Ability to blend data-driven insights with creative ideas.
Effective Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Up to Date with Marketing Techniques : Familiarity with current and online marketing practices.
Languages: perfect command of French and English
Location: Paris-La Défense, flex-office
Occasional travels involved (around 15%)
