Abilities and expertise we are looking for
- Diploma (e.g. DUT) or degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years of experience (internships/apprenticeships and personal projects all count, however, candidates with more experience are warmly encouraged to apply)
- Some exposure to PLC programming (Beckhoff, Rockwell, Siemens, or Schneider - any is fine; you'll learn Beckhoff on the job)
- Comfort with at least one programming language (e.g. Structured Text, Python, C)
- Understanding of version control (Git) for collaborative code work
- Familiarity with electrical panel design and reading wiring diagrams
- Hands-on experience with sensors, actuators, and basic electronics troubleshooting
- Comfortable using an oscilloscope and basic electronics measurement tools
Bonus: experience with eCAD tools, and/or a background in industrial settings like packaging, robotics, or process control.

- An initial video call with Grace, Director of People, to discuss Dioxycle's mission, get to know you, understand your career expectations, and answer your questions (30 mins)
- Expert screening call with Peter, Head of Systems (30 mins)
- Technical deepdive interview/case study with Peter, Head of Systems (1 hour)
- Onsite interview including Cofounder interview & opportunity to tour our technology & meet the wider team (2-3 hours)
- A series of reference calls with provided contacts
